Logan Utah Real Estate Market

For the residents in Logan Utah and surrounding areas: People are still buying and selling homes!!!! Even in this slower market!

I just sold a beautiful $300K home in the Providence Highlands, a $150K home in Logan and a $150K home in Wellsville....all in September. Not bad for a slow market I guess. Now I know it sounds like I'm boasting a little but I point this out to show that homes still are selling.

Sellers, as long as your home is priced competitvely and is in good shape...it will sell. Be patient...but be aggressive in how you market and price your home.

Call Kaleb Kunz with Cornerstone Real Estate for information on how to agressively sell your home!

I have been blog hoping all over North America since January. I have found that markets are picking up most everywhere. The markets that did not go up extremely and did not come down extremely are lagging a bit. It seems
Utah falls into this group. I feel though that last few weeks are showing changes even in these markets. I think you will really start seeing some strength now. It should eat up the inventory. It actually starts with price reduction which creates some bidding.
Interest rates and available mortgages are really helping. Tighten credit is our worst enemy.

Many people never check their credit report until they have found a home that they want to purchase.
